Request deletion of Earnport account data

If you created an Earnport account using Facebook Login or another sign-in provider, you can submit a request for review of the data associated with that Earnport account.

Submit a request

1. Sign in to Earnport with the same account whose data you want reviewed for deletion.
2. Return to this page and select Request deletion review.
3. Keep the confirmation code shown here. You can return while signed in to check whether your request is still pending.

What happens next

This submits a request for Earnport to review account-linked data. It does not delete your account or records immediately. Some reward, transaction or security records may need to be retained for legitimate obligations. We do not delete your Facebook or Kinde identity, survey-provider data, or data held by separately operated games through this request. Review the privacy policy and contact those services separately about data they hold.

Disconnect Facebook Login

To stop the Facebook connection, open Facebook Settings, choose Apps and Websites, find Earnport and remove it. Facebook explains how to manage connected apps. Removing the connection alone does not delete data already held by Earnport. This request does not delete your Facebook account.

If you cannot sign in, this account-verified request form cannot identify your Earnport account.
