Privacy at Earnport
Earnport is a library of fifteen free games for browser and Android, including Worms, Pacific 43, Island Climb, Mosslings and Plotlord. Use your ordinary shared Earnport social sign-in to play. Some online modes remain unavailable, including Mosslings player rooms and Chess chat. Your language preference is stored in this browser.

Visiting this website
The hosting service receives connection information needed to deliver the website, including your IP address and browser request. Short-lived game activity supports Players online. Your chosen social sign-in service and Kinde handle authentication; Earnport keeps your account identifier and session. Earnport does not require a separate two-factor challenge. Your external sign-in provider may apply its own security checks. Existing provider security metadata, including phone information already linked to an authentication factor, may remain; Earnport does not read SMS messages. Remember me on this device is optional. If selected, your sign-in has no automatic Earnport timeout and remains until sign-out or revocation. A secure HttpOnly cookie is renewed when you return; device-data clearing or browser cookie limits can require sign-in again. Otherwise the session lasts 30 minutes.
Why we use this information
We use connection and account data to provide the game library, requested games, ordinary sign-in, saved progress and account preferences under our service agreement. Limited technical and security records protect the service and prevent abuse, based on our legitimate interests. Public information and legal pages are available without sign-in; the catalogue, games and account-backed features require sign-in. Any applicable lawful record-keeping and historical-data obligations remain.
Data on your device
The Windows app stores favourites and preferences locally. Browser and Android storage are separate, but supported game saves synchronize through your Earnport account. Clearing device data can remove unsynchronized progress and local settings.
Services that receive data
Plotlord opens through your shared Earnport sign-in. A one-use handoff code shares your account identifier with its separate game service and becomes unusable after 60 seconds; the login intent becomes unusable after five minutes. Plotlord stores the identity connection and game data needed to preserve your game account, without receiving your Earnport session token or merging accounts by email. Those validity limits are not historical-data retention deadlines. Signing out of Earnport does not end your separate Plotlord session. The deletion review covers that account and its associated game records.
Mosslings campaign and the local computer rival are available. Mosslings online player rooms and duels are Coming soon and do not admit new participants. Account-backed progress is stored separately. Online-room records from Atlas Dominion, Castle Front and Tower Defence, and historical online-room records from Mosslings, including account identifiers, chosen names, access bindings and game state, may remain in Cloudflare storage. Previously saved access keys may remain on your device. Closing a feature does not erase those records and does not establish a deletion deadline; earlier room timers are not a deletion guarantee while a feature is closed. Data-deletion requests also cover retained associated records, subject to disclosed lawful retention. These are game and account records.
Earnport can use the profile picture supplied by your login provider. We store its image address and load the image from that provider; that request reveals your IP address to the image host. A picture you choose in Earnport takes precedence. While signed in, supported Earnport games automatically save campaign checkpoints, resumable matches and personal bests to your account in Cloudflare, with a cache on your device. Another signed-in device can load the latest synchronized save. Some games resume at a level or wave checkpoint. Offline changes synchronize when a connection is available. Private game saves are separate from optional leaderboard sharing. Plotlord records are stored in its separate game service. Chess records may remain in its separate service; supported saved solo Chess matches may remain in your Earnport account. Mosslings campaign and local computer-rival progress is separate from historical online-room records. Account data is retained while needed, subject to the deletion review described below. We store your verified provider display name, profile picture preference, age declaration and the revision/time of terms you accept. The 18-or-older answer is a self-declaration, not verified identity or a stored date of birth. Historical onboarding acknowledgements may remain. These account records are included when deletion is actually fulfilled; removing an old feature is not erasure.
The shared leaderboard is optional for signed-in players. Earnport asks once after sign-in whether to share future finished game results; your choice is saved with your account and applies across supported games. In this release, Yes allows reported scores and levels from Pacific 43 and Island Climb. Historical shared entries from closed games may remain; closing a game does not erase them. No keeps them private and removes any public ranking entries already shared. The board shows rank and numbers only, without account names. Results are reported by game clients and are not verified tournament results. You can change your choice in account settings. Existing private personal records are never copied into the public board.
Cloudflare hosts Earnport and stores account and game data. Kinde and your chosen social provider handle sign-in. A separate game service receives the data needed when you open that game. These services have their own policies and may process information outside Denmark; contact us for information about applicable transfer safeguards. Optional Plotlord map searches send the query you enter to the game service and, when configured, MapTiler. If Plotlord’s support form is enabled, your name, reply email, subject and message are sent through Brevo to the private support inbox. Support requests may be retained to handle your case; provider retention also applies.
Chess gameplay remains available through Earnport, while Chess chat is closed. Online match features may show your chosen name to participants. Historical displayed names, messages, invitations, account identifiers, profiles, block choices, report reasons and copied evidence may remain in the separate Chess service. Short chat display limits do not guarantee erasure of historical storage. Block lists remain private to the player who created them. Authorised moderators, rather than other players, may access report evidence; a pending report does not prove that it has been reviewed or resolved.
Previously removed features
Historical account-linked records and information previously shared with CPX Research or ayeT may remain. These integrations are no longer offered or launched by this version. Removing a feature does not erase data already held by Earnport, a separate game or an external service. Historical activity, previous consent and associated service records remain within the account-deletion review. Contact support about your rights concerning that historical data.
How long data is kept
Development analytics retain today and the previous 29 UTC days and are pruned daily. Game-presence hashes expire after 90 seconds, anonymous website-visit state after 30 minutes between measured pages, and pageview deduplication hashes within the analytics window. Other account, game and historical records remain while needed for the service, security, disputes or a specific lawful retention obligation. A deletion request starts manual review, not immediate erasure. Kinde, external services and separate games have their own retention rules.
To improve Earnport, we estimate foreground game time after recent input; idle tabs stop reporting after three minutes. For signed-in games served by Earnport, daily game time and session counts are linked to your account. The private owner report shows your current registered nickname, games played, estimated duration and frequency, never your email address. Guests and cross-site games without a verified Earnport session remain anonymous game totals. Browser visits use a random tab token in session storage and a random document nonce to count pageviews and approximate tab visits, including reloads and owner/QA visits. We retain daily page identifiers and available external referrer domains, without IP addresses, full URLs, query strings or account-linked website browsing history. These are service-development estimates, not unique-person counts; native app pageviews are excluded.
Historical reported Chess messages and copied author profiles may remain while a report is pending, even after the message leaves the ordinary chat history. Limited case metadata may remain after a report is resolved, including involved account identifiers, reason, status, action and times. Blocks, moderator chat restrictions and case metadata have no fixed automatic expiry. These records are included in the manual account-deletion review; any justified retention must be explained with a reason and review or expiry date. Closing the Chess entrance does not prove resolution of reports or erasure of associated data.
Your local preferences
Clearing browser or app data can remove language preferences, local settings and saved game progress. Account-backed progress is handled by the relevant game service.
