Terms of Use

These terms describe the current Earnport website and Android app. By using Earnport, you agree to follow these terms. The privacy policy explains how data is handled. Individual games and survey or offer providers may also have their own terms, which you should read before using them.

Operator

Earnport is operated by JGG Ventures, a Danish sole proprietorship (CVR 46783352).

Games and accounts

Some games are hosted by Earnport; others may open on a separate game site. Features, saved progress and account connections can differ between games. Where sign-in is available, use your own account and keep access to your sign-in method and recovery codes secure. You are responsible for activity through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Follow the rules of each game and its platform. Do not use cheats, bots, fake accounts, automated survey answers, manipulated devices or other methods intended to obtain an unfair advantage or unearned rewards. Do not interfere with the service, other players or provider systems. Availability may depend on your country, age, device and provider eligibility rules.

Surveys, offers and virtual credits

Surveys, offers and rewarded advertising are optional and may be unavailable. Opening a survey or viewing an advertisement does not by itself earn credits. When a provider confirms an eligible completed activity to Earnport, Earnport may record virtual credits for the signed-in account. A provider can reject or reverse an activity, including after an initial confirmation; the corresponding credit total may change. Test credits are shown separately and are not usable credits.

Earned and available credits are virtual account records, not cash, a bank balance or a promise of payment. At present, credit purchases, conversion, redemption and cash withdrawals are unavailable. Any future way to spend credits or receive money will require separate published rules and an enabled feature. Do not spend money or complete an offer on the assumption that Earnport will pay you.

Survey and offer providers decide which activities are available and whether a response qualifies. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their services. Earnport does not answer surveys for you and cannot guarantee that an activity will be accepted or credited.

Fair play and content

Do not post or share content through an Earnport game that is unlawful, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, fraudulent or an infringement of another person's rights. Do not harass other players or use a game to send spam. Game operators may take proportionate action against misuse, including limiting access or correcting improperly recorded results or credits. Any separate Discord community is governed by Discord's terms and its published server rules.

Games and intellectual property

Earnport and the respective game creators retain their rights in the games, artwork, code, names and other materials, except where a separate licence says otherwise. Your access is for personal use within the service. You may not copy, redistribute, sell or modify these materials without permission or another legal right. You retain rights in content you create; only share content that you have the right to share.

Changes and availability

Earnport may add, change or remove games and features, and may pause access for maintenance, security or provider outages. We will update the date on this page when these terms change and provide any further notice required by law. Changes do not remove rights that you have under applicable consumer law.

Privacy and account data deletion

Read the privacy policy for information about Earnport data and third-party services. If you have an Earnport account, you can request a review of account-linked data for deletion. A request is recorded for review; it does not erase data immediately or delete a separate identity-provider, survey-provider or game account. Some records may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law. Where a game or provider has separate terms, those terms govern your use of that separate service.
